Pros

Excellent company to work for. They really care about and take care of their employees, clients, and client's families.

Cons

This is a stressful and busy job. You must be flexible, organized, confident and ready to provide the best for your clients and supervisees. This job will have you working in the clinic, in the client's home, and at your own home. It can be difficult to maintain a healthy work/life balance and burnout is common.
