Pros

they have many locations across the country

Cons

If I were to do it over again I would make them put what was offered verbally in writing in the contract before signing. I didn't do the job I was hired to do. Moreover, there is intense pressure to bill maximum hours when it doesn't make sense. You are forced to fall back on your ethics code, and you can see parents reviews online saying the same about billable hours.

We value each employee’s feedback, so we are sorry to hear about your experience with your daily tasks. At BlueSprig, we welcome why and why not and are puzzle solvers on a mission. To help that mission, we decided to slow our growth which may have caused some changes in job duties. Every member of our clinical team is well versed in our clients' treatment plans, goals, and targets. As a client progresses, the clinician will review progress with the therapy team and the client’s family to ensure the best clinical outcomes. If you would like to discuss anything further, please reach out to hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com. Thank you!

Pros

-Co workers -Fun clients -Playground -Paid holidays

Cons

-you work for free to convert session notes (which is illegal but they don’t care) -Management threatens to take away your pay although you work daily for free anyway -if your earning hours to become a bcba, you will be taken from your indirect hours to be with clients since staff turn over is high -staff retention is poor (people quit monthly and their positions are not filled) -quick burn out -physically, mentally, emotionally draining -Low PTO accrual -Due to covid, you are in 1 room with your client the whole duration if your center has “Pod” structure implemented -Management is more worried about make up hours than the staff health -Morale is low cause everyone is burnt out

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed working with the families and clients, your coworkers, the holiday PTO, and the playground! We are so grateful to have the best BCBAs and RBTs and we appreciate their dedication to our clients as well as the demanding work they put in to change the world for children with autism. We pay for all hours worked and encourage you to reach out to your supervisor to discuss any misunderstandings with pay. We never want anyone to feel burnt out and understand that schedule needs may change throughout time - please reach out to your center leadership as we provide flexible scheduling and want you to take the time you need when applicable. Thank you!
