Does not train well

Pros

The clinical staff and kids

Cons

Little to no training! Unrealistic expectations, not what you expect at all. Want families to have kids there majority of the time versus being in school! Always told what you’ve done wrong, but never received proper training. No hours for RBTs. The company needs to be more realistic and organized!

Thank you for providing feedback. Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses. We made a decision to slow our growth in 2021 to make sure we are supporting our teams well. We will continue to follow up and follow through on all feedback from our valued employees. We would love to learn more about your experience so we can ensure everyone is receiving the support they need. Please reach out to hr@bluesprigpediatrics.com so we can identify ways to help support you and future team members. Thank you!

Pros

-Supervision hours for RBTs hoping to become BCBAs - Flexible scheduling -PTO

Cons

Unfortunately, with COVID restrictions decreasing, it has lead to a lot of disorganization from management. Clients have been thrown from one RBT to another. It has led to a lack of consistency for the clients and increase in many client’s behavior. On top of this, there are many employees that work over eight hours and are not offered a break. I personally have had to fight to be given a break when working 8:00-6. RBTs lack professionalism, whether it’s cursing in front of clients, taking FaceTime calls, or wearing shorts that are wayyyy above the knee. Some BCBA’s seem to have lost their spark and won’t listen to RBT concerns. Some clients haven’t had BIP updates in over 6 months even when new behaviors emerge. Management engages in petty drama and spread rumors about other. Pay is very awful.
