      Pros

      I onboarded a few months ago and so far, this job is amazing. The compensation package was very competitive and the benefits are top tier as well. The government client side of Bluevoyant is slightly siloed away from the parent company but there’s plenty of interesting clients for a data analyst. The teams are diverse in all aspects resulting in great collaboration. Lots of smart people as well while not being condescending. The environment is very remote/hybrid friendly, I haven’t heard anything about an RTO so far. Work life balance has been great, some days have longer hours while other days are lighter; there’s plenty of flexibility to deal with appointments/ sick leave/ etc without feeling pressured to work.

      Cons

      No major cons as I’ve been here only a few months. Unlimited PTO is nice but I am not used to it/wish there was an amount to “reach” every quarter or so to encourage people to take PTO.
