Lack of company culture, hard working employees are not appreciated
Pros
WFH and not too much micromanagement, there are many smart people in this org and many do want to move in the right directions and work very hard.
Cons
Worst HR I have ever experienced. Lack of knowledge when asked direct questions about benefits. Absolutely zero remote company culture, no benefits other than the expected health/dental etc.-- No little perks like company swag, remote engagement opportunities or get-togethers, rewards, bonuses. No Presidents Club for hitting quota. No compensation for remote office (ie small cellphone stipend) The quota created for my specific role is beyond a reasonable access point and tiered so I am making less money than I ever have closing new logo sales business. Many sales people are then in competition with each other and creates a testy, uncomfortable sales environment instead of an open, collaborative team.
