Pros

My experience at BlueVoyant was nothing short of transformative, both professionally and personally. Over the course of five years, I had the opportunity to grow in ways I hadn’t in previous roles. Not just in skill set, but in confidence, creativity, and leadership. What stood out most was the culture of trust and empowerment. Unlike many companies that treat Customer Success as a rigid process, BlueVoyant encourages a more thoughtful and flexible approach. You’re not just executing someone else’s playbook , you’re encouraged to help write it. Ideas are welcomed, feedback is acted on, and collaboration across departments is the norm, not the exception. The leadership team deserves a special mention. They recognize individual contributions and take time to ensure people feel heard and supported. They really care for their people and that kind of humanity in leadership is rare and unforgettable.

Cons

It’s a high-growth, fast-paced environment, so things can shift quickly and sometimes feel chaotic. But if you’re adaptable and enjoy solving meaningful problems, you’ll thrive here.

Pros

It's a horrible environment. Analysts are expected to work like camels—constantly receiving ticket assignments without a chance to breathe due to the overwhelming alert load. When issues arise with customers, instead of questioning the assigned tickets, management always holds analysts directly accountable. It's a micromanaged workplace. Imagine paying $$$$ to have your environment secured, but instead of hiring enough analysts, the company relentlessly assigns tickets to their existing staff. When I worked there, I had to handle at least 10 tickets simultaneously, with 3-4 of them being high-priority, and they expected me to follow SOP strictly without mistakes throughout a 12-hour shift. It's a toxic environment filled with micromanagement and favoritism, where you only get special privileges if you're on good "friends" with the managers. Many people were laid off, and the new management hired many individuals from their previous company.

Cons

The only good thing might be the unlimited PTO.
