Needs better training. They only give you two weeks of training and then you are assigned to a manager. The two weeks in training were great however there is not a lot of hands-on because they don't have a way for users to get familiar with their system. Once you are under your supervisor they are supposed to aid with your training. However, when I was assigned to my supervisor and when I started asking her questions. She just gave me a look and asked didn't you go over this in training. When I told her no she seemed put off. instead of spending time with me just showing the base things on how to she wanted me to put the simple things into the claims system. She would just call me over and asking me why I am I laughing then explain to me what I did wrong as if I was just like a kid. In addition, I am the type of person that explains and asks questions when I don't know something or if I have done something. being accused of giving push back when I wasn't and just trying to explain something. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
