Pros

-This is the job for someone who wants makes very little money with no experience in claims, wanting to get into the world of claims. However management knows this, and hires adjusters for pennies on the dollar. That is why so many people are leaving. This job is more of a trampoline into the world of claims, not an actual career choice.

Cons

-Workload is easy, and you are spoon fed from the time you start to the time you leave. They know this and want to keep it that way. This is why the pay is so low, the people actually handling claims aren’t qualified. As an adjuster at this company you are doing the leg work and providing customer service, so that someone else can actually make claims decisions. -if you are an experienced claims adjuster, DO NOT WORK HERE -Promotions are specifically based on if the upper management likes you personally, not on if the person is qualified -The environment is extremely cliquey, if you don’t fit in you will not like working -If you want to work remote this job is not for you. You will not be given that opportunity even though they may say it. The President of claims lied in a Town Hall meeting saying this would be provided, and months later it has not only been denied, they are also bringing remote people back into the office. -Something isn’t right about the way things are being done here, in my experience with companies this company is showing all the signs of going under or being bought out in the near future.

Pros

Small Company. Matt the trainer is the best.

Cons

Cons at the time when I was working was some people were in the office and some employees were in the office. The office is located in a building with other businesses with their own employees. I did not feel comfortable going into the office during a pandemic. Not only crossing paths with those at Bluefire but also other employees from other companies. Highly recommend the company. I am no longer there due to my own fears. Great company. Matt the trainer was AMAZING!
