      Flexibility and rewarding work. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Management, expectations are too high for continuously being short staffed. Oh, did you hear the thump? That was the bus you’ve been thrown under running over you! Small company, not enough layers to monitor behaviors. Need to learn to change, medical field is about change and innovation.
