      Pros

      BCN has created such an incredible work culture. They are all about work/life balance and taking care of your mental health. I always feel supported and like I can go to my supervisors with concerns at any time. I always feel listened to and respected. I cannot imagine working anywhere else.

      Cons

      Working in hospice can be very difficult (I cannot even imagine for clinical staff). It required a lot of thought out planning and routine setting to make sure that I was taking care of myself when first starting here.

      Pros

      BCN has truly fostered a great culture full of compassionate people that believe in the work they're doing. Flexible schedules and ability to work autonomously. Management seems to really care about their employees'' wellbeing. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Can be emotionally heavy, but that's the nature of hospice. A bit lacking in communication between HQ and regional offices. Some regional offices feel like an afterthought with less resources than others.
