Wonderful Working Environment and Great Coworkers

Pros

- Great work-life balance - Very understanding about needing time off (sick days, allergies) - Friendly and welcoming - Adaptable to the needs of the schools and their employees - Fully remote (due to Covid)

Cons

- Teaching remotely can be tricky, but that's not a fault of Blueprint - I genuinely can't think of very many cons - The schedule may not be very consistent (because schools can be very chaotic)

Working with students is a passion, I can't think of any cons.

A lot of meetings, at least 3 times per week.
