Pros

- full benefits, paid medical/dental - I'm already out of good things to say

Cons

- Management/Leadership will steal your ideas and give you no credit/compensation - No background check so you're working with people who barely knows how to work a computer and/or criminals on the run (this is not an exaggeration) - Will be sexually harassed and nobody will know how to report or process the complaint (HR is a joke) - They've never had a fire drill since they opened and have over 500 employees across multiple buildings - CEO/Leadership will walk around flexing but has no idea what is going on in the engagements/employees - their culture should be called 'Be Petty AF' because no one is professional and retaliation is rampant. - Has OSHA been contacted? because this entire place is a walking lawsuit. health hazards everywhere, and Dept of Labor should get a call too. - If you're wondering how they won the 'best company awards', it's called mandatory surveys that gets emailed around. Too bad most people are no longer sheep and will actually down-vote their own company.

Thank you for your review. Please allow us to take this opportunity to correct any misinformation you may have regarding Blueprint procedures. Innovation Cup is an opportunity for employees to collaborate across engagements to create the next big thing. Winning teams receive a monetary prize for their participation and are publicly recognized both company-wide and in front of our non-Blueprint judges. We value innovation and creativity within our company, and would never want to foster an environment where employees hesitate to think outside of the box due to fear of their ideas being “stolen.” The safety of our employees is one of our highest priorities. For this reason, background screens are completed on all employees prior to hire. If you experience inappropriate behavior in the future or would like to report further on the incident detailed in your review, please reach out directly to Blueprint’s HR department. We are committed to handling your issue with the utmost diligence and confidentiality. Our Site Operations team members are constantly monitoring our offices to ensure that our spaces comply with WA State building code regulations and that our policies are compliant with WA labor laws. For facility related concerns, we encourage you to submit a ticket. If you have further questions or concerns regarding any of these procedures, we highly encourage you to reach out to Blueprint Operations. Let’s work together to ensure your Blueprint experience is top notch!
