- Management is not aware about what is going on within the company - Promises and gestures are always offered (ie. promotion, greater pay, etc.) but there is no follow through - Motto seems to be overpromise, underdeliver - The company has no clear goals and seems to be going in every direction just to make some money - The company vision, mission and core values are not followed by management and are therefore just words for all employees - all entry level positions are treated as if they hold no value - There is no trust between management and lower level workers - Management does not always truthful with the client - Hostile work environment

The negative part of the company is that it lacks overall consistent direction. Leadership says that they constantly shift priorities (and the organization chart) because they want to flexibly maintain a cutting-edge perspective. Unfortunately, this results in a lack of commitment to long-term operational plans and projects which are continually disrupted, reworked, and left unfinished. It seems Blueprint cannot "eat its own dogfood" by demonstrating the services it sells to others.
