Thanks for your feedback! The overall well-being of our employees is one our highest priorities, so we are happy that this is reflected in our benefit and perk offerings. Blueprint employees’ schedules are disclosed to them prior to hire, including all details surrounding procedures such as clocking in and out. This information is also outlined in our employee handbook, which we share to each employee that joins Blueprint. If you have any further questions regarding time and attendance procedures, please reach out to Blueprint Operations. Best wishes!

Narcissistic Leadership

Pros

Benefits and starting salary are the hook that brings you through the door. Down hill from there...

Cons

Operations will put on a good smile, tell you they support you and the minute you walk out the door they begin planning the timeline to your exit. Use caution with the discussions you have with the operational staff. (ie anyone that doesn't have consultant in their title) Operations has a different set of rules than the consulting staff. They do not have to work within the same parameters that consultants do. As a consultant every second of your day is watched closely. Consultants are treated with no respect for the work they perform. Profit is the only thing that matters. Consultants are a dime-a-dozen and leadership will cycle through the next round of unknowing applicants with no consideration to the impact to the remaining staff or client. Don't take what is said to you in your interview at face value. Look around at the dynamics of the leadership team. Pay close attention...

Pros

Working with some talented and caring people, young colleagues, nice office, fun environment

Cons

4/10 schedule over the weekend, no parking on site, the kudos are sometimes a joke. Flaky, lazy people don't get disciplined
