Pros
- Managers really care about employees well being giving you a lot of flexibility in all things; - I always felt well treated by my managers which makes me extremely happy; - Almost no crunch, most of the times projects/tasks get more than the time needed for completion letting you work on things on a very normal and chilled speed; - Flexible working hours and a lot of flexibility to do personal appointments when you need; - Always felt like me and my work was respected; - Amazing and friendly people to work and hangout with
Cons
The only thing to point out is not a problem of the company but more of the business they work on. Things can get "boring" after some time if you have a desire to work in more creative projects, simulation is what it is and even thought the tech is amazing and super interesting you do feel like your creative side gets crushed.
