Great place compared to the rest of the game industry

Pros

- Salaries above the average in the game industry and good increase after promotions. - Great learning and growth opportunities (especially on the technical side). - Freedom of movement between development departments. - Career development within the company is strongly encouraged through mentoring and promotions.

Cons

- Some departments have great people, some others have a toxic environment. - Many people in management have never worked anywhere else and are out of touch. - The company's acquisition led to lies, unjustified layoffs, and workflow changes for the worse.

Pros

Some of the people working there were fun and helpful.

Cons

The management is either unproffessional or burned out. The employee is always a resoruce that has to be productive and bring money. Salary is rather low because of game-related work. A lot of micromanaging.
