Poorly managed and moral is very low. Need to clean house!

Has the potential of a great repair station.

Cons

Do not value experienced good employees. Did not give raises. Will not put money back into the company. Upper management is paid TOO well and they do not pay the ones doing the physical work. Not competitive with Gulfstream. Need to listen to the customer complaints and remove the management that are being complained about and that are competing for Bombardier's business.

No opportunity for growth in many departments. Leadership in very monarchy. Very stressful environment. Constant layoffs leave no room for job security.
