Pros

The management team is very kind and generous. Lots of opportunities for growth and relocation if desired. Good benefits and pay.

Cons

Heavy workload, long hours and crowded offices but that depends on your site. Most managers do not have any degree aside from experience. Consider that recent grads are looking for opportunities to grow and may NOT have much experience yet but are willing to learn.

Great group of peers to work with for the most part.

Cons

New Managment personnel moves have not worked out well. Tools required to do your job well are not provided. Work/Life balance is great for some and horrible for others - work load is not distributed well.
