Not a whole lot in terms of learning new skills or progressing your career though unless you jump around. It's definitely a stereotypical corporate manufacturing environment. Crappy cafeteria, mediocre pay, lots of old-timers who claw on to any form of job security. People aren't willing to try new ideas or move into the 21st century. I've seen both hiring sprees and rounds of layoffs within 2-3 years. It's not a place where hard-working talented individuals last very long.
