headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, lousy pay and raises, limited advancement opportunities (unless you relocate to Cincinnati, OH) Seeking a job - RUN to HCA or VCU - Mercy executive leadership is a joke!

The organization seemed committed to it’s values and they aligned with mine. Best practices; emphasis on ethics and integrity; above all provide exceptional patient care and a safe workplace.

Cons

Manager appeared to be invested in maintaining the perception of the unit over the actual day to day function. Ones ability to fit in was favored over a desire to provide the best care and experience to all.
