Pros

Booj is a growing company in a quickly changing exciting field. If you like new challenges day to day and continues options for growth and change then this is a company for you. The culture is young and a lot of fun and definitely not your standard environment but in a good way.

Cons

The company has your standard growing pains of a company that has tripled in size in the last few years.

Pros

This rapidly growing company allows you to present your ideas and suggestions and grow professionally. If you have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to prove yourself, you can really go places.

Cons

The loose structure and fast pace may not be for everyone. You need to be self-motivated and flexible to adapt to the ever-changing environment.

Pros

I've been working at booj for over three years now and I'm truly grateful for the opportunities I've had to grow and learn. Through conferences or other training programs, the partners here are more than willing to help you find a department that's right for you and invest in your training (which I think is awesome!). Overall, the people here are great and it's a really laid back atmosphere.

Cons

There isn't as much structure as some companies might have, which can be an adjustment for some. But that can also be a "pro", depending on how your react to it. We're sort of a pave-your-own-path type of company, so if you're not self-motivated than it might not be a great fit.
