      Big company so expect a lot of information flow - there is a lot of support to maneuver through this.

      Pros

      The company has great culture and values, everyone is very engaged and kind. You feel welcome and supported right away, both my manager and colleagues are fantastic. The workforce is very diverse, with colleague from all over the world and all walks of life. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

      Cons

      Booking.com is a huge company, so stakeholder management is a big part of my work. Getting to know the organisation, roles and responsibilities and way of working takes a long time.
