Pros

I like the people I work with. Although I work in operations I am also working on my healthcare training so there is always room to improve. Every day is different, you never know what you are going to face and that makes it more interesting and fun

Cons

Working in a shop in a shopping centre we have no fresh air coming into the shop. The air conditioning is not great and air temperatures can run as high as 30C in the summer. Not good when you are putting out delivery.

Pros

The people you work with are great, fully supportive and never let you down. You are provided with a good uniform but be careful when ironing it! The people are what makes the workplace. management are usually approachable if you have a problem. Good discount!

Cons

A lot of pressure is put on the operations team. You never get appreciation for doing extra hours. You have to ring every day if you are ill. It is the same rate of pay for weekends. Shop is often understaffed, causing pressure on employees. Management are disorganised at sorting hours and pay-often underpaid! Training isn't really followed through.when booking holiday you have to book weeks off, can't book single days.
