Pros

discount, double discount days before xmas, working as a team great ppl to work with.

Cons

Being overlooked for training and moving forward, you get no thanks for working hard. no extra pay for hols or overtime. always wanting more from you when you are giving your all.

Pros

I was happy with my rate of pay, and as a student i found the hours of working quite flexible, being able to pick up overtime during the heavier seasons There was sometimes good incentives for hard work such as make up or fragrance testers

Cons

Overtime is very dependent on seasons and sometimes their isn't much availability when you need it. There isn't much scope for promotions The lifting and moving of Christmas stock can be difficult, i caused myself back injury though lifting and working on my feet during a particularly busy Christmas period
