      360 Assessment is a joke. The management just manipulates the information to suit its determination for promotion

      Pros

      Gain experience and move on to something more productive in your life. One can learn a lot about consulting, but after a couple years it's time to go if you don't see continuous growth

      Cons

      No real upward mobility. Very personality driven and favoritism is rampant. Management is not actually that interested in your career. They are more interested in utilization to earn money.

      Pros

      -work/life balance (flex time is great allowing you to shift hours from one week to another) -L1->L3 can be done quickly giving you a resume boost for jumping ship -lots of opportunities if you don't mind switching teams

      Cons

      -not consistent experience team by team -my management was very weak (extremely poor people development, no transparency, bad communication) -company seemed to be going the way of staff augmentation -not consistent quality (was often times very dissappointed with the quality of employees we hired) -interview was a joke (no real questions, young poor interviewers just checked to see if you could breath and talk)

      Please of opportunity for success for the self-starter. Excellent benefits Progressive work arrangements (teleworking, part-time, etc) Highly varied contracts Company is successful and well-grounded, no risk of going under Great reputation

      Cons

      Upper management are generally mystery figures You have to be motivated, the passive (i.e., those on the beach) tend to just disappear Upper management too focused on marketing, not on their own staff The squeaky wheel gets the grease, for better or worse Recent changes, probably due to Carlyle, are unsettling
