Pros

Meeting new people, pay was ok but bonus program was a joke, working with good people in store.

Cons

You have no personal life because your always being pushed to meet unattainable goals, lack of support from upper management, no room to advance after becoming GM, my district manager was always expecting me to do his job going out to the other stores to help with training and stuff, lack of hours to do job properly, long hours and working almost every weekend, barely ever got to use my vacation time and lied to when they let me go.
