Pros

Flexible, constant, focused, driven and compassionate. They focused on improving and promoting from within and were driven to succeed mainly by following the facts and not their gut feelings. Great leadership.

Cons

Limited Growth, Lower than average pay for the amount of time expected to work (50 hours per week) in the role.

Pros

It's a job for now...I don't see myself staying there. Bad environment, I don't see my family because I'm stuck closing most of the time

Cons

Feel lied to and used. Applied for the gm position and then they said assistant General manager, but was hired as a shift manager

Pros

Can't think of any, besides the ummm... no ohhh maybe the ummm... nope

Cons

I was promoted to General Manager and had NO Support. I would call my district manager and ask for help, but there was no reply. The meetings were pointless and didn't get anything across, I was told I had to work 70 to 90 hours a week to make up labor. (not going to happen for only $30,000 to 35,000 / year) Unimaginative "new" Products
