Pros

Home every evening and weekends pay good for local work.

Cons

Drivers have no say eventhough they communicate with customers in person 95% of the time. Drive cam abuse no coaching straight to write ups for drivers, poor management they will just hire anyone just to fill a supervisor position. Very disorganized and no communication from Customer service representative to wearhouse.

Pros

Casual dress code and limited flexible work

Cons

Laid back environment. No scope for career advancement or development. The company does not care about its emolopyees and there is a huge turnover in recent times. The ESOP program is a joke. There is also a lot of politics involved in promotions and ratings. No appreciation for your hard work.
