      Pros

      Fast paced environment with lots to learn everyday. Nice coworkers and excellent customers.

      Cons

      Pay. Being in the oil patch rent is rising really fast and it is very expensive to live day to day.

      Management doesn't seem to understand what built the company and is now focused on profits only, not customers and employees. Hiring isn't always done to put the best person in the right position.
