Pros

Bospar is one of the more flexible agencies I've worked at. The fully distributed model makes a meaningful difference in quality of life. Compensation and benefits are also above industry standards, and leadership creates room for those who want to grow to have the opportunity to do so.

Cons

Account staffing can run lean, and the people who do well here are those comfortable wearing multiple hats, while managing competing priorities on their own.

Pros

A monthly wellness stipend, because even when you work from home, the stress will affect your overall wellbeing!

Cons

Working from home has never felt more exhausting and stressful with the demands from this job and high expectations from management. It's actually brutal! I didn't expect it to be like this!

Pros

Leadership is extremely supportive and often checks your bandwidth before giving you major tasks. Client work varies so you don’t feel like you are doing the same thing over and over . Amazing perks that help to handle the costs of working in a remote setting.

Cons

The occasional staffing of calls outside of traditional hours. Typically the team has someone in multiple time zones so it’s not a consistent issue.
