Pros

Thanks to Bospar, I have an excellent work-life balance. Being fully remote has given me so much of my life back. Although my manager is clear across the country, he checks in with me at least four times a week to ensure I feel supported. Bospar has truly mastered the art of remote work. The benefits are unmatched! Bospar provides medical, dental and vision for me and my family. We get monthly stipends, generous amounts of time off and so many more perks. This is truly the most generous company I have ever worked for. A lot can be said for the peace of mind your workplace provides as well. For example, if I call in sick, I get management and twenty of my colleagues sending me well wishes as opposed to making me feel insecure about taking time off for myself. I am naturally an overachiever and go above and beyond. So, it's amazing to work for a company that recognizes your efforts and rewards you for it. Overall, I love working for Bospar and am proud to be part of such an amazing company!

Cons

I can't think of a single thing. I love it here!

Pros

• working with the industry's best, most lauded, and most effective at building brands, from consumer to enterprise • opportunities to support top emerging startups and technology brands, with a healthy mix of publicly-traded firms, nonprofits, early stage startups and many more • some of the best adoption of new technologies and emerging categories of any PR firm • values-driven culture and a tremendous asset to career pathing

Cons

• bad economy equals what one expects; demanding clients, budget pressures, unprecedented speed - the hustle is as advertised • if you want an office or in-person culture, it's probably not the right choice, though in-person opportunities are there • generally, you work hard and match clients' pace, coasting doesn't fly. Pace is nonstop

Better to avoid this company

Pros

There's so much to do, so you won't run out of things to waste your time on.

Cons

It's way better for your career and mental well-being to avoid working for Bospar. most, if not all, employees in this company are miserable and unhappy. The management here is awful and does not care about the employees at all. You will be bombarded with unreasonable amounts of workload, and you'll be forced to work for extended hours without any consideration for your mental and physical health.
