Pros

Bospar is a super fast-paced environment, which can be both exciting and challenging. The co-founder is a force of nature. The other longest-serving principal is a fount of wisdom. These leaders, the VPs and other account folks are the hardest-working people I know. It’s a lifestyle. For me, every day starts early. It can often go late. And it moves rapidly. But Bospar is extremely engaging and rewarding — and never boring!

Cons

Fast-paced environment isn't for everyone.

Pros

Great benefits and seemingly nice people

Cons

The company has been keeping up appearances on LinkedIn (and now, here on Glassdoor) while laying people off. As an earlier reviewer wrote, “everyone is disposable.” Despite the company’s extremely tone-deaf recent posts boasting of its success, its current employees live in fear of becoming the next cautionary tales. The smugly complacent few are posting on behalf of Bospar…and will likely be laid off tomorrow.

Pros

This is a growing agency that values employees who work hard and rewards them with opportunities to grow; Leadership gives junior staff a chance to do things that they wouldn't have an opportunity to at most agencies; They have a great work culture - one where you feels like leadership listens and responds accordingly; The agency is completely work from home - something I've come to value in helping to balance my work and personal time; They have a lot of benefits for their employees, including fitness, phone, cable/internet and other perks like a nice amount of PTO and holidays; Their health benefits package is the best I've ever had

Cons

Like most PR agencies, you'll encounter long hours but it tends to runs in ebbs and flows; I love working from home, but sometimes wish I had more in-person time with my team; The amount of meetings can become draining, but such is the nature of the business
