      I can never truly express my appreciation for this company. Not only for the endless opportunities in this industry, but the support they have provided me throughout my pregnancy. In a corporate world where employees feel like they are “just a number”, Bospar provides a workplace that is entirely the opposite.

      Truly kind and considerate leadership that puts thought into making sure people are happy in their positions and working on projects that interest them. Unbelievable benefits. Working from home. Fun off-sites and annual employee meet-ups.

      So many varieties of tech companies to work with and even more opportunities to learn the role! You receive endless support from your team, including an assigned mentor.

      Cons

      Agency life is always a mixed bag -- long hours some days and a revolving door of clients. This is nothing new and comes with the territory of the job/industry.
