      Pros

      Coworkers are some of the smartest and most dedicated people you will ever meet. Definitely the best part of the job and helped me learn and grow not only as an employee but a person.

      Cons

      The organization... BMC needs to invest more in the professional development of its employees. Politics and a beaucratic, slow system get in the way of gettng things done. HR and IT are very unhelpful. My research team was able to hire new people in spite of delays from HR.

      Pros

      Good benefits, coworkers who care about making a difference. People in the community really appreciate the care they receive. I like knowing that I make someone's day better.

      Cons

      Very top-heavy, HR is awful, no career or skill development. All the same people get the opportunities all the time, and nothing for people who want to advance. There used to be computer classes. Now you're expected to be proficient but there's no training.

      Major plus is No Call. Attendings once trusted offer Autonomy. 730-4, five days a week

      Cons

      Support staff lazy, and insubordinate. The only people that care are medical providers and management.
