Despite low morale camaraderie is strong. However upper management promote workers into managerial positions because they seemingly deserve it, rather than have the talent for it , resulting in the lack of assertiveness to drive outcomes and the ability to overcome adversity and resistance.

Overall Mission of the Hospital is great. All teams and departments work together to achieve what is best for the patients.
