Pros

I loved my coworkers and the company. It was so wonderful getting to know what is popular at the time and to be able to build a connection with customers.

Cons

They don’t offer competitive pay. Out of all the stores in a mall box lunch is one of the lowest paying jobs. The company is aware of it and are not willing to work with you for better pay.

Pros

The discount across brands. The people you meet and if you have a good direct upper management it’s flexible

Cons

Certain Micromanaging DMs who don’t offer solutions to problems nor are they upfront with issues and how often they redistrict stores.
