Pros

The discount is okay, but better if shopping at Hot Topic. It can be fun to work here when the micromanaging isn't so excessive. The coworkers are also usually great...

Cons

When fireable things happen they often go overlooked... even when said things are illegal. There are so many things wrong with the internal systems and ease of doing anything. Everything is designed to be a hassle and there's always conflicting information. You're also always doing something wrong because of never getting a solid answer on how you're supposed to be doing things. The whole sales tactic is built on harassing customers until they spend more money than they can afford to, and often causing the customers to not return.
