Pros

I love coming into work today knowing that I can talk about the things that I love and share those stories with guests who also share the same interests. I always make it a point to make connections and complete the sale in a friendly way. BoxLunch is a great environment and upper management are always there to support you, too.

Cons

It is difficult to get a raise once you are in. As a manager, the wage could be better. Bonuses are given out to best-performing stores in the district, but it doesn't boost the morale of managers who work 30 hours a week and still get paid under what they should.

Pros

- Forming connections with customers and talking about their favorite things, sometimes they come in wearing clothing that has cool/niche topics - The dress code isn’t really strict, and wearing the cool clothes from the store really help represent the company but in a stylish way

Cons

-Clothes can be a bit pricey even with the discounts - problems with shipping or in-store pickup orders - Hours and scheduling can be far and few between and inconsistent
