      Fun place to work but the people not so great.

      Pros

      30% off discounts on all products, 40% off discounts on Hot Topic products. Great place if you're a geek for Disney anime and games.

      Cons

      People arent as friendly to work with. That might've changed, not sure. Pay rate is pretty low for what you have to deal with.

      Decent job, no growth

      Pros

      The company has a great message and depending on the store you work at you will enjoy almost every day. The customers for the most part are nerds just like you and love chatting about all the new stuff.

      Cons

      It’s hard to move up in any position without having to move locations and that is solely dependent on if someone else leaves. The pay is also not competitive at all with little to no raises beyond a promotion raise. Management will change their expectations every other day and expect you to be perfect 100% of the time. They say they care about the employees but don’t actually try to get to know anyone.
