The company has grown so fast in the name of growing (at any cost). There is no unified culture. Each plant thinks for themselves and resists any outside input. Upper management at corporate are in a constant battle to qualify their own jobs. They will blame and point fingers left and right for the lack of their success. With the new hire of the completely clueless COO, things have gone from bad to worse. Instead of trying to bring in a new "Boyd culture for all" in a positive way, she has chosen the path of most resistance by threatening people's jobs to perform better. It is archaic and counter productive. Work here at your own risk. There is ZERO employee loyalty. They will toss you out with the trash with no regard of fairness or reason.
