Pros

There are no pros to this job.

Cons

Can't use bathroom stuck on a line. Management is wrose than Burger King. Five ten hour days are strictly enforced. You stand there for hours waiting for your line to get running. Got injured and was treated horribly. Supervision would call meeting at end for shifts a cuss out the team and tell the team to talk to HR they don't care.

Pros

* A few friendly people that make it suck less.

Cons

* Poor management, it's just a circus of lies, to employees, customers, and shareholders. It's impressive that they manage to stay in business. * They really don't know what they're doing so there's little to no instruction or advisement. * There's a large chunk of employees at this location that have been working there for over 30 years and they still make minimum wage. You're expected to sacrifice your life to the company in order to get nothing in return. * There are some career advancement opportunities if you're willing to get on your knees but I would argue it's not worth it unless you enjoy pain. * Wage theft.

Profit Above Caring

Pros

They pretty much leave you alone to do your job.

Cons

No sense of caring for employees. Boyd bought a close knit family owned company (GM Nameplate) and in one year turned it from a meaningful, fun place to be into a place to do your job for a paycheck. No feeling that you were appreciated or part of a team. They striped the staff done to the bare bones. And made no effort to make those left behind feel important.
