      Not a great place to work, horrible management.

      Pros

      Boyd has a great manufacturing and inspection team.

      Cons

      Poor management. Extremely hierarchal. Treats the team like a number. Bad culture. Unable to be promoted to a manager position unless a Bachelors degree is earned, although an employee has been tenured with the company for a long time, decade plus, according to management.

      Y’all there is been no salary increases since 2022. We just lost 401k matching and the benefits left are embarrasing.
