Pros

You receive a sense of accomplishment in being able to help those with disabilities.

Cons

They're not open weekends. I feel this would give those who benefit from their programming a chance to have somewhere to go on the weekends. It would also open up a chance for people to volunteer their services who are not able to during the week.
