Pros

Not many good things to say about this company. Expensive benefits. Not supportive. There is free parking though!

Cons

Working environment is horrible. Upper management are condescending and very far removed from staff, constantly cutting—everything except their own salaries. Backward, old fashioned. Don't pay for learning or education in your field.

Pros

Great co workers, fabulous students and patrons, gorgeous location, wonderful mission and vision

Cons

Lots of changes happening, budget tightening, management changes, new strategic plan that all involves belt tightening and some restructuring of sorts that has its impacts.
