Pros

Great place to learn, lots of opportunity for responsibility and growth, flexible working, amazing people, freedom to develop in new areas outside of role.

Cons

The benefits - free lunch etc - don't always justify the somewhat low salaries, particularly given the quality of the talent hired.

Pros

A lot of freedom to develop yourself as an individual if you know what you need or want to do but don't expect any of the management to have any input on your growth plan. Free lunch is great

Cons

Tech is severely undervalued and senior management has no idea how to progress the careers of its software developers. Tech department is a black hole for development.

Pros

Nice working environment. Open minded people with open-minded approaches. Positive, Passionate and collaborative. Why not work in an organization like that?

Cons

Not being able to spot any yet. Will be sure to make my research, though not so intense hopefully.Time will tell.
