Pros

- Incredible Culture, endless perks including free breakfast and lunch, gym discounts, great people, company laptop, holiday and charity days, flexi time, the opportunity to work from home - the list could go on and on! - The opportunity to learn is huge, the training in the graduate scheme is very thorough and you can ask for help every step of the way. - Really lovely offices!

Cons

Pros

Learn a lot about digital marketing, gain exposure to clients quickly, receive responsibility early; nice perks - office food, wfh, charity days; some of the benefits of a startup; management listen to people (for most things);

Cons

Work is challenging and at times a lot is expected and depends on you. This isn't bad, but compensation for this is inadequate - I'm certain clients won't believe the salaries their account managers and directors get. At times you need to work long hours.
