Pros

Fantastic company to work for: highly competent management, fast-paced, lots of responsibility from day 1, inclusive company culture, and tonnes of perks (e.g. free breakfast & lunch). Also plenty of established feedback channels so any potential issues can be handled effectively.

Cons

Probably not the place for you if you don't like change, as the company is developing very rapidly.

Pros

Great place to work due to the culture, perks (unlimited holiday, free amazing meals, cheaper gym memberships etc), flexible work style (work from home if you prefer), training program and mentoring during your first months. On top of that super interesting work and a really exciting field to be in!

Cons

Can't complain about anything - better than expected!
