      Pros

      - Very positive hiring experience - Welcoming atmosphere right from the beginning - Everyone is keen to help and answer any questions - The training is very thorough, which helps when you move into your role. Completely set up for success! - Again, wonderful people AND great benefits (free breakfast, lunches and snacks, fitness classes, library)

      Can't share any as there haven't been any downsides!

      Pros

      Excellent working hours- everyone is encouraged to leave at 5:30pm and there is no culture of staying late for appearances. Free cooked breakfast and lunches! Great balance of difficult work but relaxed working culture- lack of focus on needless formalities means everyone's main focus is on completing great work. Lots of opportunities to feedback to management at all levels. Unlimited holidays and flexible working. Great people- everyone is extremely intelligent, hardworking and friendly. Values reflected in the culture, which is very important to the company- as long as you produce great work, you can work when and where you want.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive considering the level of work (though as above, the working hours are very reasonable and there are lots of perks).

      - Salary isn't that competitive, but more than made up for in all the perks/freebies you get working there!
