Pros

Great people make a great company, and Brainlabs understands it's important to keep employees happy. Yoga, football, free breakfast and lunch, and generally just great people mean that it's never a struggle coming in to work. Plus, in a fairly small company you're given responsibility and opportunity from very early on, which is great for learning new skills.

Cons

There are grad schemes about with higher starting salaries if you're only motivated by money - but more than enough if you don't have the expectations of an investment banker.
