      Pros

      I've been working at Brainlabs for 7 weeks now and really love it. I was always expecting my first job to be a bit bland and uninspiring but the work atmosphere here is incredible. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and the collaborative atmosphere outlined in the handbook is very much followed through. The perks (free breakfast, lunches, yoga etc) make coming to work that much better. I'm also a big fan of the pro bono work Brainlabs does for charity accounts.

      A Brilliant Work Environment, and Free Nutella

      Pros

      The culture is the best I've ever worked in; the work is fulfilling, doesn't overload you with stress and your progression is carefully monitored and aided by senior management; and there's free Nutella.

      Cons

      Sometimes the Nutella runs out. Pay is not the highest around, though it is commensurate to the work we do.

      Pros

      The company understand that its biggest asset are its people and make a large effort to make sure their people are happy. Lots of activities, free lunches, yoga, sports, events and support in whatever role you are in make it a great place to work and the best environment I have worked in. This means everyone is happy and works smarter.
